Step 1 — Choose Your Banner Size

13oz vinyl, vibrant full-color print, weather resistant, hemmed with grommets. Examples below are shown at their true shape.

Step 2 — Upload Your Artwork

Choose a size above, then upload one file per design.

One picture = one banner design. Quantity = identical copies of that picture. Need different pictures at the same size, like one banner per player? Upload each picture (you can select them all at once); every picture becomes its own banner. Use + Same size, different picture on any banner to add more.

Your artwork must be the exact size of your banner

Pick a size to see the exact dimensions.
JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF. Keep text and faces about 1" in from the edges (hems and grommets).
Use the highest-quality file you have. The form tells you right away if an image is too small to print clearly.
Color: RGB preferred (CMYK is accepted too).
Every banner can be vertical or horizontal (the retractable stand is vertical only). We match your artwork, and you can rotate it.

Finishing

Applies to new uploads and to the templates below. You can change it for each design after uploading.

Exact-size templates

True print size, with top of image, safe area and your finishing marked. PDF for design apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva); PNG for anything else.

File specs for designers (resolution & color)

For the best print quality, supply artwork at 150 PPI at the banner's full printed size (sizes below). Lower-resolution files may print soft, and the form will warn you.

Color: RGB preferred, CMYK accepted. Fonts outlined or embedded in PDFs. No crop marks or bleed needed. Hems and grommets are added for you.

AI-generated artwork (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.): these images usually come out around 1024 x 1536 px, far too small for a banner. Upscale to the size above with an AI upscaler, retype any text in a design app (AI often misspells words and warps logos and numbers), and check that fine details, faces and edges look clean at 100% zoom.

Print production is usually 1–2 business days after you approve your proof, plus shipping time. All orders ship overnight the next business day. Approve your proof before 6 PM Central and it prints the same day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "exact size" mean for my artwork?

Your design has to be the same size as the banner. For a 24" x 36" banner, set up your design at 24 inches wide by 36 inches tall (or 36" wide by 24" tall for horizontal). The form checks every file as you upload it and tells you right away if it doesn't fit. Not sure? Download the template above for your size and design right on it.

What resolution and color format should my file be?

Upload the best-quality file you have. The form checks it for you. For designers: supply artwork at 150 pixels per inch at full size (see "File specs for designers" in Step 2 for exact sizes). RGB color is preferred; CMYK files are accepted too.

Can I use AI-generated artwork, like from ChatGPT?

Yes, with a few checks so it prints sharp:

Size: AI images are usually too small for a banner. Enlarge it with an AI upscaler first. The form tells you if it's still too small.
Text: AI often misspells words and scrambles names, numbers and logos. Double-check every letter, or retype the text in a design app.
Shape: make sure the image matches your banner size (for example 2:3 for a 24" x 36" banner) so nothing gets cut off.
Rights: only use logos, mascots and photos you have permission to use.

How fast will I get my banners?

Print production is usually 1–2 business days after you approve your proof, plus shipping time. All orders ship overnight the next business day. Approve your proof before 6 PM Central on a business day and your banners print the same day and ship overnight the next business day. Approved later, or on a weekend? They print the next business day.

When will I see my proof?

Right away on this page, and again by email right after you pay. Approve it with one click, upload a corrected file, or tell us what to change. Your banners go to print only after you approve.

Don't have artwork yet?

We'll design it for you for a $20 design & setup fee per banner design. Choose "No artwork? We'll design it for you" in Step 2, tell us what it should say, and attach your logo or photos.
